Products and specifications. We work hard to keep product specifications, wattages and prices accurate and up to date. Minor differences between photographs and the delivered product can occur because of screen settings and product batches.

Prices. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price confirmed with your order is the price you pay.

Orders. An order placed on this website is confirmed when we contact you on the phone number or WhatsApp you provided. We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable or the delivery address cannot be served, and we will inform you if that happens.

Payment. Payment is Cash on Delivery unless another method is agreed with you in writing before dispatch.

Warranty. Every product carries the warranty stated on its product page. Warranty claims are handled as described on our Warranty page.

Liability. Our responsibility for any order is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the purchased product under its warranty terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
